Salon 523 has 20 suites: 3 Exterior & 8 Interior Suites (17, singles, 2 doubles & 1 multi-suite space featuring 4 private rooms, an open retail/waiting area & large reception desk.

Exterior suites feature a full wall of exterior windows - flooding the spaces with natural light. Most interior & exterior suites have large glass interior windows allowing the entire space to be washed in natural light.

Our average suite is around 160 square feet.   Our largest single suite is nearly 200 square feet.

The building  is open to the public Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and varying hours on Saturdays. 

Our professional partners have access to their suites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

As our professional partners operate their own independent businesses, they establish their own hours of operations.

Our desire is to draw a variety of personal services professionals.  Many of the suites are designed for cosmetology /barber services we have also specifically designed suites for aesthetics /massage therapy. 

As independent business owners, our professional partners are allowed to carry any products of their choosing for resale.
